Mallory Seeker

Founder, Chief Financial Officer
Mallory Seeker is a licensed CPA with experience ranging from Big 4 audit (Deloitte) to robotic process automation (Pfizer). Since making the move to consulting she has worked as interim CFO of a startup company, Treasurer of a local non-profit as well as various short and long-term accounting contracts. She is an expert at making sense of complex financial data and improving all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.

Michael Seeker

Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Michael is a credentialed actuary with over a decade of experience managing finances for complex healthcare contracts. His passion for historic architecture combined with his entrepreneurial spirit led him to found a real estate investment firm in 2010. Through that venture, he and his team have renovated dozens of historic rental properties across Memphis and Louisville and he has been featured on several real estate investing podcasts.
